THE PROCESS “FROM FARM TO CUP” OF SHIN CA PHE

CULTIVATION

Particular growing regions of premium coffee controlled by SHIN Ca Phe: Son La, Khe Sanh, Da Lat, A Luoi, Pleiku, Kontum, Dien Bien.

HARVESTING

Coffee cherries are selectively picked, only the ripe ones are harvested, to ensure consistent and quality raw materials.

PROCESSING

Processing stages are strictly controlled with proper facilities and expertise: Coffee drying beds, De-husking process.

ROASTING

Roasting technology by Buhler RoastMaster™ 60 from Switzerland, our production is certified to comply with HACCP CODE:2003, ISO 22000:2005 and HALAL by JAKIM.

CUPPING

Certified cuppers are doing quality assessment of the roasted coffee, according roasted samples are filed and stored for quality control purpose.

PACKING

All products are sealed carefully and stored within the proper packaging to preserve the coffee quality.
